The second installment of Borderlands, the iconic shooter-looter, was recently re-published as a virtual reality game for PS4.
The remake allows gamers to play one of the four classes, Siren, Commando, Gunzerker and Assassin, each with unique combat styles and updated skills that uniquely leverage the new VR functionality.
The game will also have several new features including Bad Ass Mega Fun Time (BAMF Time), which allows players to use a new slow-mo ability to set up their next attacks, and a Teleport feature that allows for fast travel around Pandora.
Borderlands VR brings shoot-and-loot mechanics to VR with bazillions of procedurally-generated guns and gear, each with their own capabilities and modifiers. Procedurally-generated shields, grenades, relics, class mods and more round out your Vault Hunter’s arsenal for maximum power and mayhem.
The gameplay teaser, published by PlayStation, shows what the new VR gaming experience is like through a major boss battle.
