Aviation VR software company FlyInside Inc, released a VR integration of its popular flight simulator X-Plane 10.
Titles as FlyInside XP, the software makes X-Plane 10 work in VR with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive headsets.
X-Plane 10 is a flight simulator used by pilots and professionals. The company says the VR technology makes for an incredibly realistic flight experience.
“FlyInside XP brings the most realistic cockpit immersion that has ever been possible today in the aviation industry,” wrote Dan Church, founder and CEO of FlyInside Inc., in a company press release.
FlyInside XP can be downloaded from FlyInside’s website. Users can also experience the free trial version.
Earlier in 2015 the company was successfully funded in its first week on Kickstarter.
The company says an update for X-Plane 11 will also be released for free to existing customers when X-Plane 11 is released. The public beta of X-Plane is also available for users.
