Fallout 4 VR Hints On Bigger Delay For Elder Scrolls

Fallout 4 VR Hints On Bigger Delay For Elder Scrolls
November 27, 2016

Bethesda is over the cloud for Fallout 4 and this may have a sour effect on its other popular franchises. We are actually referring to the next Elder Scrolls sequel, which is still pending to get developed by Bethesda.

The game developer has said before that Elder Scrolls 6 will not follow the series release pattern and it is not getting developed at the moment. Bethesda then shared that they have decided to release Skyrim Remastered to ease the waiting time.

But the most important question of all is still pending to get answered. What is taking Bethesda forever to develop Elder Scrolls 6? We may not have an answer but it may have to do with Fallout 4 VR.

After experiencing huge success with Fallout 4, Bethesda is now working on a VR version of the game. Bethesda are so thrilled that they want to make Fallout 4 VR to be a pure simulation of the wasteland. The game developer quoted that the final product won’t be anything like the Fallout 4 VR preview from last month.

Since VR is very new in the market, we can expect Fallout 4 VR to arrive no less than 2 years from now. Perhaps, this is why Elder Scrolls 6 is being put on a long, temporary hold. What do you think?
