If you happen to find yourself at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas now through Sunday, Jan. 7, you have the opportunity to experience the sensory overload of 2016's EDC Las Vegas in state-of-the-art, 360-degree virtual reality without shelling hundreds for tickets.

CES is the big daddy of all public-facing tech gadget showcases. If you want to see the best and brightest in upcoming Christmas list must-haves, you head to the Nevada desert. Companies from all around the world gather to show off their latest and greatest, and so, too, does the tech-inspired music industry.

In 2016, virtual reality production and entertainment network VRLive teamed with EDC Las Vegas to capture 360-degree, VR footage of the three-day music festival's 20th anniversary edition. CES 2017 will premiere a trailer of the immersive final product, Jan. 5-7, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the VRLive lounge in the Gibson Brand activation tent. Don a Samsung GearVR headset, some headphones, and get in the booth with some of the biggest names in dance.
